All items are sold as each, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to reverse a sale if there has been an error in pricing caused by technical or processing errors.

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, however all items must be returned to Torte at the customers cost.

You accept the by signing for goods on arrival that they have been received in good order, and no claim shall be placed for damages.
